  SALES TRAINING

Unequaled and dynamic, our training programs were designed specifically to develop the leader within you. Providing the comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary to successfully sell homes, our benchmark training program encompasses a combination of corporate and regional classroom training, self-study, and divisional field training. Progress is evaluated through a written final exam, field skill assessments, and a field proficiency testing process where the entire sales process is role-played.

Experienced Sales & Marketing Representatives are encouraged to take advantage of ongoing training at the Corporate, Regional and Divisional levels. Training topics include: Sales Negotiating, Construction Knowledge for Sales, Closing Skills, Capture Rate, Absorption, and Hand Money.
