Combining sales skills and a greater focus on business management, the more experienced sales person has excellent earnings potential. Our Sales & Marketing Representatives are successful at building solid relationships with customers, thereby demonstrating outstanding consultative selling and effective closing skills, and are fully rewarded for their insight and individual sales achievements.

Responsibilities: Qualifications: Compensation:
After completing a salaried training program, our Sales & Marketing Representatives have the opportunity to earn an average of $80,000 per year on commission. Our top-performers have the opportunity to earn a six figure income.

Licensure:
Most Sales & Marketing Representatives are not required to possess a Real Estate license. However, all the appropriate classes, materials and exam fees required to receive a Real Estate license will be provided in those states that require licensure: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
