  SALES MANAGER

A key position, NVR Sales Managers are accomplished at hiring, training and managing a sales force of 6-12 people. Developing marketing strategies to reach specific target markets, they skillfully manage advertising programs and oversee market research and competitive analysis. Coordinating sales promotions and product presentations, they also develop and implement programs for grand openings, previews, etc. Providing leadership in customer relations, they demonstrate an invaluable combination of skills in sales, team building, motivation and business oversight, and direct an average sales activity of 150 to 300 homes per year.
