SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Through extensive training and mentoring, our entry-level Sales & Marketing Associates gain the insight and confidence they need to provide the level of service for which NVR is noted. In many cases, they are the prospective homeowners' first contact, and their ability to utilize their communication skills, friendly attitude and consultative selling techniques are key in guiding customers through this all important buying process.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrating model homes to customers
Conducting in-depth needs analyses of customers
Pre-qualifying customers for financing
Implementing creative target marketing programs to sell through direct mail, referrals, grand openings and presentations

Sales & Marketing Associates participate in a 12-18 month leading-edge Corporate Training Program.

Qualifications:

Four year degree preferred
Leadership experience, with strong problem solving and communication skills
Sales experience a plus

Compensation:
Sales & Marketing Associates are paid a base salary with bonus potential during their training program. Upon successful completion of this program, Sales and Marketing Associates are eligible for promotion to Sales & Marketing Representative.

Licensure:
Most Sales & Marketing Representatives are not required to possess a Real Estate license. However, all the appropriate classes, materials and exam fees required to receive a Real Estate license will be provided in those states that require licensure: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
