  DIVISION MANAGER

Executing the full operational plan, the professional in this key position achieves sales, settlement and profit objectives for an assigned market territory. Combining homebuilding knowledge, management skills and keen business sense, successful Division Managers supervise cost control, construction scheduling and product planning in addition to vendor, community and customer relations, land acquisition and marketing. In order to ensure that homes are delivered and that division sales and settlement objectives are achieved, they must be adept at maintaining long and short range schedules. Imperative to this position is the ability to recruit and hire personnel, ensure corporate policies are followed, and recommend policies, procedures and guidelines in the areas of product planning, marketing, cost establishment, land acquisition and finance management.
