	REGIONAL PRODUCTION MANAGER This is an important position that directly contributes to production operations, people, and the overall success of NVR. It combines varied responsibilities that reach beyond the home construction site. The Regional Production Manager guides operations for a designated region of 30-40 communities, with up to 2000 homes and includes contact with the manufacturing plant, construction scheduling and project follow-through. Additionally, Regional Production Managers are responsible for the management, training, development and mentoring of Production employees.
