PROJECT MANAGER

Along with managing projects that involve the work of subcontractors, suppliers and other construction personnel, this individual will guide the training of Production Supervisors. The successful Project Manager oversees every aspect of the construction process from start to finish for up to 30 homes at a time.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire construction process from foundation to settlement
Organize, schedule and manage subcontractors
Enforce OSHA regulations
Manage a multi-million dollar construction budget
Work with customers from pre-construction meeting to the final walk-through and delivery
Participate in a 2-6 month Corporate Training Program with topics that include:

NVR systems and procedures
Customer service
Sub-contractor relations

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years experience managing the entire construction process for 10-30 homes at a time, including condominiums, townhomes, or single family homes
Sub-contractor management experience
Customer service experience
Strong teamwork and communications skills

Compensation:
Project Managers receive a competitive base salary, quarterly bonus opportunity, monthly vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement.
