PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

While an entry-level managerial position, Production Supervisors work with experienced Project Managers overseeing the entire homebuilding process for millions of dollars worth of new homes. Having extensive interaction with a broad range of people, they manage the work of subcontractors, schedule suppliers, coordinate with NVR sales & marketing professionals and customers, in addition to other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Construction Consulting
Quality Control
Customer Relations
Budget Management
Participation in a 15-24 month Corporate Training Program with topics that include:

Overseeing all facets of home construction process and systems
Performing quality control inspections
Guiding customers through the homebuilding process
Implementing the critical path of construction

Qualifications:

Four year degree preferred
Leadership experience, with strong problem solving and communication skills

Compensation:
Production Supervisors receive a competitive base salary, quarterly bonus opportunity, monthly vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement.
