The NVR 12-Week Paid Internship Program

 Join us for the Summer and apply your schoolwork to real-life business situations with a growing industry leader. What's in it for you? You will gain valuable experience, embrace key responsibilities, and be compensated for it. Many of our successful past Summer interns are now full-time employees.

Internship activities are concentrated in:

Production
 You will become familiar with the managerial aspects of the homebuilding industry, such as construction scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management, customer relations, and budget management.

 Sales
 You will gain an overview of the sales process including product demonstrations, competitive analysis, customer relations, financial qualification, sales and closing techniques.

Your internship could also include exposure to: Basic Qualifications
 All degree majors accepted. However, you should bring leadership experience and strong communication skills. Preferred candidates will have completed at least 3 years of college. One more thing-- you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
